Paatsjoki reindeer herding cooperative is part of the Inari reindeer marking district. The cooperative is located to the eastern part of Inari municipality.
The cooperative borders in north with Vätsäri, in south with Ivalo and in west with Muddusjärvi cooperatives. In east the border goes along the Norwegian and Russian borders.
97.7 % of the cooperative’s total area is state land and 2.3 % is owned by other landowners.
