They are responsible of making sure that reindeer are taken away from the area. If the cooperative neglects their obligations, the landowner or person who has otherwise suffered damages has a right to take the reindeer away in the expense of the cooperative.<\/p>\n<p>If reindeer have caused damages, the parties involved negotiate on the evaluation of the damage, compensations and on prohibiting the future damages.
